Allan Reeder has been part of London’s hospitality community for more than half a century. What started with Allan and a small van has grown into a team of over 100 people who love supporting the chefs, bakers, baristas and food businesses that make this city so special. We’re still a family business at heart though, ensuring our team are supportive, reliable and always here to help our customers, old and new.

Our chilled fleet is out on the road each night, making sure our customers have what they need ready for service

We’ve built long‑standing relationships with suppliers who share our values and we stay close to the farms, dairies and producers we buy from so we can stand behind every product we deliver.
How we work
Whether it’s a long‑standing restaurant or a new bakery finding its feet, we treat every customer with the same care. Many of our customers have been with us for decades and we never take that for granted. Although we have all the technology you’d expect for taking and fulfilling orders, what makes our service outstanding is our attention to detail, friendly service and support from the team at all levels, from drivers to the directors.

The Reeder family is proud to give back to the hospitality industry wherever we can. We support Hospitality Action, the Craft Guild of Chefs, National Chef of the Year, Young National Chef of the Year, The Roux Scholarship and Association of Pastry Chefs’ Dessert of the Year competition. We believe that investing in the next generation of chefs is essential for a thriving, creative industry.
